Troubleshooting Progress Updates for Jira

 Problem

The update won’t display or display incorrectly.

 Solution

  1. Edit the update and remove any HTML tags (ensuring only to include those listed in Validate Progress Update Tags

  2. Ensure the date is valid and the headline and update do not contain any non-standard characters.

  3. View the browser developer console logs to see if there are any errors. If there are please contact the support team.
